Agata Galuszka
I hustled for years, determined to make my mark in a world dominated by men. I earned my Master’s degree and immediately landed a corporate position in one of London’s largest companies. One promotion followed another and I became the Director of HR in record time. At 35, I was the youngest woman in the board room.

I had to work twice as hard as my male counterparts to be seen as capable and ultimately earn their respect, but I finally had the high-powered career, coveted salary, and prestige that comes along with administering million dollar budgets and developing personnel. You might say I’d “made it.”
And then my son came along and everything changed. My priorities shifted and the sense of purpose I once felt no longer fit. I wanted more freedom, more control over my time and a sense of balance between my career and my personal life.

Do you feel trapped in a job that was once everything you wanted, but is now sucking the life out of you? Are you desperate to do something different but aren’t sure what or how?

I know what it’s like to be stuck in the grind of working 60-70 hours a week when all you want is time to be more present in your own life; to have a choice in what you do and how you do it. I understand the feeling of inertia that comes from wanting to make drastic changes but not knowing the steps to take and lacking the belief in your ability to change anything.
Working with my own coach gave me the tools to shift the negative thoughts I had about myself and create the change I was so desperate for. It helped me identify the skills that allowed me to build a successful corporate career and use them to create an even more successful business--on my own terms. Now I use the techniques I’ve learned in my own coaching practice to help women just like you.

Ultimate Confidence is all about empowering women everywhere. I want to help you shift your mindset and understand the value of what you have to offer. Let me show you how to build a life and a business you love.
I’m so glad our paths have crossed! I hope I can be a resource to help you find your Ultimate Confidence.
Natasha Necati
Natasha Necati runs the family business CraftyArts.co.uk together with her husband. CraftyArts is a multi-award winning eCommerce retail outlet, where Natasha has gained over 12 years’ experience in running the business. She is an expert in this field, enabling Crafty Arts to grow to become a multi-million-pound company.

Natasha has a passion to see individuals succeed in their business, succeed in their life goals or just stepping out of the box. And of course, stepping up to the challenge of life.

She loves the excitement of business and working with others building strategies and put processes in place. With the success of the businesses, she wants to help others to build their growth and wealth. This is done through teaching, training and consulting, focusing on retail shops and others wanting to make the move to online.

In the real world, life can be unkind at times and has thrown a few curve balls at Natasha over the years, and through this she became a Trustee for the Miscarriage Association. Because, through her losses she decided that she wouldn’t allow hardships to break her, but allow it to shape her into the woman that she is today. Over the years she has learnt that no matter what you have been through whether you are in the midst of a situation or you’ve come out the other end, you too can strive in the face of adversity.

Natasha became the City London Director for Global Woman in August of this year, as she is an advocate for women empowerment and seeing the growth of confident female entrepreneurs. Natasha enjoys speaking to women, entrepreneurs and young people alike. She believes that we are all role models to each other, and each of us has something to share.

Marina Newington
Marina Newington, the founder of award nominated PowerSystem, is an internationally-qualified IIN Health Coach, a Columbia Business School MBA, and a published author.

Marina understands first-hand the pressures of the different roles required from women today. After working in finance and marketing for large companies, then raising a family of four children, she felt completely exhausted: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This exhaustion and lack of motivation led Marina on a personal journey to regain balance in her life, find more time, restore energy, and rediscover her confidence. In short: she had to get her POWER back. Having gone through this journey herself, Marina wanted to help other women who were struggling with similar issues. She retrained and qualified as an International Health Coach at IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) and began working with women to make them feel good about themselves again.  With the insights she gained from going through her personal transformation, and her early work with women in similar situations, Marina created PowerSystem, a 5-step process for clarifying goals and removing the obstacles to success to get the confidence and energy to take on the world!

Today, Marina works with entrepreneurial women to set the groundwork in their own lives so they can clarify their goals, set realistic tasks and create a roadmap to find success in their chosen fields. Marina helps women live their best lives through her unique methodology, coaching, and public speaking.

Wilma Haeusler
We life in a time of change – so it is time for change!
According to a popular saying it is either you love something, you leave it or you change it. – and Wilma Haeusler decided on change.

A look at the Forbes list of the 100 most innovative leaders shows 99 men and only one woman! Women are still paid less than men and all the years of flower-power, bra-burning, emancipation and working women have not changed that women are NOT perceived as innovators.
Yet they truly are. Wilma herself is one of them and an active ambassador for innovation. So, at the age of 50, she created the Female Innovators Club. Change and empowerment has been a common theme in the life of Wilma Haeusler. Whether in her studies of politics, philosophy and sociology or in her business career as communication consultant. She has always taken pride in empowering people - and will continue to do so with this new adventure.
Wilma says, "In the current situation with the 'world on fire', disruptive ideas and innovators are needed”. As the Founder of the Female Innovators Club Wilma Haeusler has set out to make the voices of female innovators heard through a platform where female innovators can meet, exchange ideas and develop new methods. The Club will build a grass-root foundation for next generations of young girls who will find much needed role models there. Being a female innovator and successful at the same time is the reality for many women in this age – meet them there and become one of them!

About The Global Woman Club Community
"I remember when a friend of mine told me about the Global Woman Club. I met him at another big networking event, it was also a breakfast meeting, and I was feeling bored. I told my friend, I am going to give up to these events, they don’t offer what I need and expect. He said, “Wait, don’t give up yet, I know an amazing community that all women love. I am not a woman, but I have many friends that joined Global Woman Club and they got crazy about it, you may love it”. He was absolutely right, since I discovered Global Woman I stopped going anywhere else, I found everything there. Thank to this international platform I have expanded my business in London, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Brussels and now I can’t wait for Dubai and many more countries. It is incredible. Thank you Global Woman and Mirela Sula for this global vision to connect women globally. So much needed and worth."
Katarina Hanssens Carlsson

"When I discovered Global Woman I felt I discovered a new world full of opportunities. Since then I don’t stop talking about it. I wish more women know about this real authentic amazing community with genuine support for each other which helps our business massively. I especially love the MasterMind Classes that Mirela Sula organises, big big value with great content and energy. I have attended meetings in many clubs and the energy is always the same, positive and motivational. I would definitely recommend"
